How do I book a tour?
You can book by contacting us through our contact page, calling us directly, or sending an email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24-72 hours before receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the tour.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing: sunscreen, sunglasses, towel, swimsuit, camera, and any personal medications. For diving tours, bring your certification card if applicable.
Are children allowed on tours?
Yes! Children are welcome on all our tours. For the catamaran tour, children under 3 are free and children 3-12 receive discounted rates. All children must be supervised by an adult.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Yes! All tours include refreshments. The private yacht includes snacks, beer, rum, and soft drinks. The catamaran tour includes a beach lunch and open bar with national drinks.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Minor rain does not typically affect our tours.
Is transportation included?
For the private yacht, round-trip transport from Bávaro/Punta Cana is included. For the catamaran tour, transport is available for $10 USD per person. Scuba diving transport is available upon request.
Do I need diving certification?
Not necessarily! We offer Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) for beginners with no experience. If you are already certified, bring your certification card for our 2-tank dive experience.
